Your Rights

The Right to Opt Out of Cookies and Using Online Tracking Technologies

Our use of online tracking technologies may be considered a “sale” / “sharing” under applicable law. Visitors to our website can opt out of being tracked by these third parties by sending an email to info@tycomade.com requesting to opt out.

If you need assistance accessing this information you can submit a request to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by sending an email to info@tycomade.com requesting to access, correct or delete personal information. In response, you may be asked to provide a Government-Issued Identifier.

Managing Communication Preferences

Email You can stop receiving promotional e-mails at any time by:

  • Clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional e-mail that you receive from us; or

  • Logging into your account on TYCOMADE.com, clicking on the “My Account” page, and managing your email preferences.

Postal Mail You can stop receiving promotional postal mail at any time by emailing info@tycomade.com.

Text Messages You can opt-out of receiving text messages from us by replying “STOP” to the text message you receive from us. Please note that this will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with that number.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 14 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under the age of 14 has provided us with personal information, we will delete the information from our records.
